The building, located next to the Tormes River, was built in 1981 and is considered one of the most important viewpoints in Salamanca thanks to the large windows on the side overlooking the city.
The renovation project for the entire complex consisted of improving the building and its 110 rooms. In addition, the reception, social rooms, dining room, bar and meeting rooms have been refurbished.

The facades and towers have softened their image with a new stone and steel treatment, respectively, so that the building has been divided into three modules.
