The stone acquires a rough texture with soft reliefs in the form of tiny mounds and depressions, the alternation of which curls the surface of our stone, almost completely eliminating the risk of slipping.
The flamed finish involves the modification of the properties of the surface of the stone through the direct application of an incandescent flame that causes its outer surface to flake and ripple due to the bursting of small portions of the material by the high temperature of the treatment.
